Heather Levine-Chesler
Heather Levine-Chesler graduated from the University of Melbourne with a B.A. in Planning and Design (Architecture). She received a B.Arch in Architecture from the California College of the Arts, San Francisco in 2003.
Heather practised in San Francisco for 9 years prior to moving to London in 2008. She then worked in London for many years before partnering with Neil McGibbon to found this practice in 2012. Her work includes Residential, Commercial, Office, Retail, Arts related and Educational commissions in California, Asia and Europe. In addition to her commitment to sensitive design, whatever the style, Heather maintains the highest standards of professional integrity at all project phases. As a LEED accredited professional (Leader in Energy and Environmental Design), she also has a long-standing passion for sustainable design and works hard to integrate energy efficiency and a sensitivity for the environment into all of the firm's projects.

Neil McGibbon
Neil McGibbon graduated from the University of Cape Town with a B.Arch in Architecture and holds a PG Diploma in Management Practice and Law in Architecture.
Neil has practiced in South Africa, Zimbabwe and the United Kingdom and has a long track record of successful projects. He has a wealth of experience across all aspects of architectural design including: Residential, Conservation & Historic Preservation, Education, Retail, Resort Accommodation, and Commercial commissions. Neil is a passionate, highly motivated Architect dedicated to producing high quality architecture on schedule and within budget. He is committed to applying an ethos of sustainability wherever and whenever possible. Neil has been a leader in his field throughout his career and LCM are lucky to have him guiding both the creative and technical aspects of each project.
